Pay Range: $23 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately track and process change request forms and doctor selection requests from the member portal and other system queues.
Process provider termination requests, including membership moves and termination letter requests.
Manually handle provider selections for members unable to use the health plan’s auto-assignment process.
Track and report provider selection errors identified by call center representatives.
Retrieve and process all incoming returned mail and fax requests.
Manage provider member enrollment requests efficiently.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1+ years of data entry or general office experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Strong technical proficiency and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment without distractions.
Reliable internet connection for remote work; ability to use a hotspot if needed.
Experience in a healthcare or related industry.
