1. Experience with Python, Spark & SQL.	1. Demonstrates the ability to effectively work in a team environment, align to stakeholders and business objectives
2. Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and others.	2. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrates the ability to effectively work asynchronously across time zones.
3. Knowledge of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data sources.	3. Demonstrates strong technical leadership through mentoring, guiding a team through technical challenges and ensuring best practices and standards are being followed.
