Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Engineer to support Research and AI model development. This role focuses on building data pipelines and tools for data collection, processing, annotation, and model evaluation while partnering with researchers, engineers, and rating teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build Python-based pipelines and tools for data collection, processing, and analysis.
Clean, structure, catalog, and validate research and AI datasets.
Support human studies, surveys, annotation, and human evaluation workflows.
Coordinate annotation tasks and monitor data quality.
Build agentic workflows and tools to support AI model analysis and debugging.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers on data requirements and technical solutions.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, ML/Data Pipelines, or a related field.
Strong Python programming and data pipeline/ETL experience.
Experience with data collection, annotation, labeling, or data quality.
Experience supporting human studies, surveys, or human evaluations.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
Experience with AI/ML model evaluation or human feedback data.
Experience with VLM/multimodal AI evaluation.
Experience building tools or web UIs for data collection and annotation
