Data Engineer

This position is located in Cary, NC, and this position allows candidates to work remotely.

Job Summary

• Data Engineer / developer with 10+ years of experience
• Strong hands on expertise in Databricks and SQL skill (Senior to Expert level)
• Must be able to analyze the requirements, generate reports with proficiency using Dataricks /SQL
• Must have strong data analysis skills to contribute to building and refining specifications, proposing solutions to development and design issues, moving the work at a rapid pace
• Develop, optimize, and maintain sql queries and scripts for report generation
• Ability to trouble shoot data discrepancy in-depth, analyze and fix the same (Not only from technical standpoint but from domain side in-depth)
• Strong communication and customer interfacing skills
• Must Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements & provide technical expertise as needed.
• Strong demonstrated initiative and drive
• Preferably with strong healthcare experience, HEDIS experience is a huge plus but not expected
