Job Description
HTC Global Services is looking for aData Engineer / Big Data Engineer with strong experience in data ingestion, distributed data processing, streaming platforms, and data warehousing.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines forstructured and semi-structured data.
  • Work withHadoop, Hive, Spark, Scala, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
  • Develop solutions onAWS, includingEMR, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, and S3.
  • Work withstreaming technologies such as Kafka.
  • Design and implementStar Schema / Dimensional Data Models.
  • Work with databases such asAmazon Redshift, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Optimize data pipelines, queries, and distributed processing jobs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Required Skills
Must Have: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Scala, AWS, Kafka/Streaming, SQL, Data Modelling, Redshift/Oracle/SQL Server.
Good to Have: EMR, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, Sqoop, Flume, Shell Scripting.
