Job Description
Utilize Tableau to design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reporting platforms Support data visualization initiatives to enhance business intelligence capabilities Continuously improve data analysis processes and tools to optimize performance Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of Tableau dashboards for various business units
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize data analysis needs
Perform data cleansing validation and transformation to prepare data for analysis
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisions
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on Tableau usage and data analysis techniques
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data visualization and reporting tools
