Contract: 5+ Months | Potential Extension
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or a combination of both.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and data warehouse concepts.
- Proven experience with Snowflake architecture, optimization, and administration.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of advanced SQL and Python.
- Solid experience designing and developing cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong data modeling skills across conceptual, logical, and physical layers.
- Experience with CDC / Change Data Capture and event-driven data integration.
- Familiarity with APIs and data orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with one or more of dbt, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent technologies.
- Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, metadata management, and MDM.
- Experience supporting BI and reporting solutions such as Power BI.
- Previous experience working within theinsurance industry, particularly underwriting, claims, or finance data.
- Snowflake certification is a plus.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise cloud data environments.
