Description
Join our team as a Data Engineer in a hybrid setting across multiple locations. This contract position involves developing a strategic data platform in collaboration with our technology team. The role requires expertise in cloud-based data solutions and a strong foundation in data engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design and development of a strategic data platform.
- Coordinate with teams to establish a reference data system for securities and pricing data.
- Contribute to the overall data strategy agenda by following development standards.
- Implement solutions on a cloud platform with a focus on data management and integration.
- Work across various data domains to support the platform's expansion.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a Data Engineer with cloud expertise.
- Proficient in full stack development using Python/PySpark.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in both RDMS and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with API development using frameworks like FastAPI.
- Understanding of DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD processes.
