Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing and leading a data engineering team
• Proficiency in developing data ingestion frameworks for various sources
• Strong experience in migrating Hadoop clusters to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Certified as a Professional Data Engineer on GCP
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with data science tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud technologies
• Ability to recommend improvements to data pipelines for performance enhancement

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the GCP team in technical design and solution development
• Drive the creation and implementation of data ingestion frameworks
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize pipeline strategies for data availability
