L2 Data Center Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshootserver hardware issues and identify root causes
• Coordinate procurement and replacement of faulty components (RMA handling)
• Performserver firmware upgrades
• ConfigureIP addresses and access credentials
• Work with network teams on:
  • Cable replacement / re-routing
  • Optics replacement
  • Hardware upgrades
• Rack, stack, and cable servers/switches for remote access and validation
• Provide hands-on support for network and system admins
• Ensure proper cabling as per diagrams and validate connectivity
• Conductinventory audits and physical inspections
