Data Center Operation –
Description:
Job Description*
  • Support data center operations, asset management, incident handling, and vendor coordination.
  • Data center operations and shift activities.
  • Rack & stack, cabling, hardware installation and replacement.
  • L1 troubleshooting for servers, storage, and network connectivity.
  • Fiber/copper patching and cable management.
  • Asset inventory, reconciliation, and audit support.
  • Gate pass, material movement, and access management.
  • Incident response and coordination with L2/L3/OEM teams.
  • Vendor, facility, and NTT operations coordination.
  • Monitoring of UPS, PDU, cooling, and environmental systems.
  • Maintenance of operational logs, reports, and documentation.
Relevant Experience*
  • 3–7 years in Data Center Operations, Infrastructure Support, Network Operations, or Server Administration.
Mandatory skills*
  • Data center operations.
  • Windows/Linux server support.
  • TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN fundamentals.
  • Structured cabling and rack management.
  • Asset and inventory management.
  • ITSM/DCIM/CMMS tools.
  • Documentation and vendor coordination
Desired skills*
  • CCNA / CCNP
  • ITIL Foundation
  • CompTIA Server+
  • Data Center Operations Certifications
Total Experience (Ex. 5-7 Years)*
  • B.E./B.Tech / MCA / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
