About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Data Architect / Data Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, clients, and technical delivery teams.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Data Platforms, Cloud Technologies (GCP & AWS), Data Product Delivery, and Program Management, along with strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• This role requires a professional who can drive end-to-end data initiatives, manage data product roadmaps, oversee cloud-based data programs, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and business leaders to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Expertise in ASANA is essential, with the ability to establish governance, reporting, and delivery tracking frameworks across multiple projects.
• The role emphasizes end-to-end data delivery, cloud platform fluency, PMO reporting, and stakeholder management.

Essential Job Functions:
Data Strategy & Architecture

• Define and drive enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, and architecture principles.
• Lead data platform modernization, migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with Data Architects and Engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance on data warehousing, data lakes, data products, and analytics ecosystems.

Data Product Management

• Own the lifecycle of data products from ideation through delivery and adoption.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable data product roadmaps.
• Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Drive adoption and value realization of data products across client organizations.

Cloud Data Platforms

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Manage and oversee data platforms built on cloud-native technologies.
• Possess strong working knowledge of:

  • Data Ingestion Frameworks
  • ETL/ELT Pipelines
  • Data Modeling
  • Data Governance
  • Cloud Cost Optimization
• Challenge project estimates, identify dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks across cloud environments.

Program & Portfolio Management

• Manage multiple data programs and workstreams simultaneously.
• Create executive dashboards, portfolio reports, KPIs, and governance reports using ASANA and BI tools.
• Establish project governance, RAID management, milestone tracking, and status reporting processes.
• Track project health, resource utilization, risks, budgets, and business outcomes.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders.
• Lead client discussions, steering committees, roadmap reviews, and delivery governance meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and implementation partners.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
Required Skills

Mandatory

• 9 + years of experience in Data Management, Product Management, PMO, or Data Program Delivery.
• Strong experience withGCP and AWS ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience managing data platform implementations, migrations, or modernization programs.
• Expertise inASANA for project planning, portfolio management, reporting, and governance.
• Strong understanding of:

• Experience with Jira and a strong understanding of differences between Jira and ASANA and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, GCP, Data Engineering, or Product Management.
