Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedData Analytics Project Manager / Project Lead to support a large-scaleData Engineering and AI Adoption Program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managingData, Analytics, Cloud, and Healthcare projects while coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management in Data, Analytics, and Cloud environments.
• Strong experience withData Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing.
• Experience managingBusiness Intelligence (BI), Big Data, and Analytics projects.
• Healthcare domain experience with knowledge ofFHIR, HL7, and CCDA.
• Strong knowledge ofSQL and database technologies.
• Experience supportingAI Adoption, Data Engineering, and Cloud initiatives.
• Hands-on experience withJira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience working with data engineers, architects, developers, and business analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge ofSDLC, Enterprise Architecture, IT Processes, and Data Governance.
• Experience leadingAI, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Certification.
• TOGAF or Azure/AWS/GCP Cloud Certification.
