Data Analyst- Pune

We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and resourceful Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in turning raw data into actionable insights, helping drive key business decisions and improve our data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and process data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Create and present clear, insightful reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels.

• Data Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analyses to support business forecasting and decision-making.

• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools) for real-time reporting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other departments to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable reports.

• Database Management: Query large datasets using SQL or other data management tools and maintain data integrity.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, cleaning, and reporting methodologies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in data analysis, preferably in [industry/sector].

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
