Data Analyst Professional

Location: Full-time, on-site in McLean, VA

Salary Range: Approximately $85K

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. This role involves building and enhancing Power BI dashboards, supporting business analytics, and improving efficiency through automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis, Excel-based reconciliation, and GSE reporting within the Portfolio Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power BI for building, enhancing, and maintaining dashboards.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ability to prepare professional business reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and learning agility.
• Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Perform data analysis and Excel-based reconciliations.
• Support GSE reporting and other activities within the Portfolio Team.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process improvements.
• Validate reporting outputs and resolve data-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
