About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Essential Job Function:
- Review and extract Ariba contracts data and prepare Data Load files.
- Review and extract Ariba POs, attachments, and transform them into standard load format.
- Understand Ariba and Fieldglass systems, integrations, and data structures.
- Liaise with the Sourcing team & Category team for data cleansing and validation required in Ariba, Fieldglass, ECC, MDG.
- Support SIT and UAT for the data required from Ariba Contracts and Fieldglass.
- Plan and execute data load during cutover.
- Reconcile and validate the uploaded data.
- Own and correct data wherever necessary.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas like VLOOKUP, to analyze and manage data effectively.
- Skill : SAP ARIBA
- Years of Experience - 7 to 10 Years
- Experienced in Ariba Contracts. SAP ECC, SAP MM
- Multiple Procurement Technology experience including Ariba Contracts, Ariba Sourcing. Knowledge & understanding of SAP Fieldglass is added advantage
- Advanced Excel, PowerBI
- SAP Certified in Fieldglass/Ariba Contracts/Ariba Sourcing and Procurement preferred.
- Good communication & stakeholder management experience Persuading and influencing at all levels (strategic to operational execution)
