Team Distribution:

San Jose (secondary) – 3
Utah (primary) – 3
NJ & Canada – some

Start Date: Mid to late November

Candidate Profile
Experience:

Recent grads/ Fresh out of college is ideal , please evaluate internship projects
Current resource who needs to be replaced is ofethnic background (Indian/Asian)
Bachelor's degree is sufficient , but Masters will be preferred
"Swiss army knife” – versatile, adaptable
Strategic and motivated
Communicative, can talk to product or legal teams
Some experience in AI solutions (coding via AI acceptable)

Technical Skills (Must-Have & Nice-to-Have):

Must-Have:
- Databricks
- Data governance
- Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
- Legal/security knowledge
- Data architecture knowledge
Avoid:
- Tableau / PowerBI / dashboard-heavy experience

Responsibilities:

Write code
Perform analytics
Move data across platforms

Interview Process
