## About the roleWe are looking for a storyteller, someone who can look at data and see ideas, opportunities, meanings, and insights. As the leader of our Data & Analytics team, you will elevate the quality of analysis and strategic thinking so that you and the team you will build will become a vital partner to a data-driven organization. Alstratech is moving fast and growing quickly. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of Data Analytics who wants to dive into the unknown, identify and correct areas that aren’t functioning correctly, and build new systems to help our organization grow.## What you'll do- Build a scalable analytics operation through the effective use of business intelligence tools, systems integrations, and automation - Thrive when faced with ambiguous problems and capable of leading complex projects with autonomy - Deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations based on reported results, benchmarks, discovered patterns, and all necessary context - Conduct analyses autonomously and communicate insights effectively - Partner cross-functionally with various teams, including finance, product marketing managers, sales leadership, analysts, and engineers, to execute initiatives - Define, build and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify and iterate on opportunities for optimization - Assist in the development and maintenance of predictive models and machine learning models related to various product offerings - Implement and manage an enterprise-wide business intelligence tool ## What we're seeking### Must have{{Please add qualifications or remove this section}}### Nice to have- A proven track record of building cultures that encourage ambition and foster empathy.
