| Role Summary |
| Seeking an Data Analyst with 3-6 years of experienced Analyst to support business and operational reporting for RBC Capital Markets Data Strategy & Execution. The analyst will profile, validate, and reconcile data across sources, and translate business requirements into reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics. |
| Key Responsibilities |
| Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. |
| Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments across multiple data sources. |
| Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics. |
| Document business definitions, data mappings, data lineage, and reporting requirements. |
| Support requirements gathering workshops with business, operations, and technology teams. |
| 1-2 years of hands on experience in operations in Capital Market in Lending, Transaction Banking, Private and Commercial Banking. |
| Required Skills |
| • 3-6 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related disciplines. |
| • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. |
| • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions. |
| • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. |
