We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics contractor to support customer journey deployment through strong technical design, data quality assurance, and deep-dive analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a city known for its diverse culture and thriving business environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign/journey measurement
• Strong hands‐on experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud
• SAS + SQL (strong hands-on)
• Power BI
• Banking / customer journey experience
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data visualization techniques
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design technical specifications for journey deployment
• Support UAT to ensure data availability, accuracy, and quality across platforms
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and investigations to identify issues and insights
• Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys
