Summary
We are seeking a skilledData Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in SQL, requirements gathering, and analytics instrumentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‐functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights, ensure accurate data tracking, and support data-driven decision‐making. Airline industry experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries to extract, cleanse, and analyze large data sets.
- Collaborate with product owners and business teams to developrequirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
- Implement, test, validate, and debuganalytics tags, pixels, and tracking scripts.
- Work with development teams to ensure properevent tracking, data layer implementation, and instrumentation.
- Support analytics workflows and ensure high-quality data collection and processing.
- Communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Partner with stakeholders across technical and business functions to deliver data-driven recommendations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to implement, test, and debug analytics tags and pixels
- Strong understanding of data layers, event tracking, and instrumentation best practices
- Experience with data collection frameworks and analytics workflows.
- Product Owner experience must.
- Airline industry experience (preferred but not mandatory)
