• Compensation: $27.00–$27.75/hour

• Employment Type: W2 (not open to C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support operations within a new automated warehouse environment. This role will analyze warehouse, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse and Warehouse Management System (WMS) data to monitor operational performance.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators for warehouse operations.

• Track inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, throughput, and equipment performance.

• Identify trends, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, IT, and automation teams to investigate data discrepancies and operational problems.

• Validate WMS data and support accurate inventory and transaction reporting.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data and performance analysis.

• Automate recurring reports and data processes where possible.

• Present findings and recommendations to management and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Excel and data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL.

• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI.

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Experience with warehouse operations or inventory management.

• Experience with automated material-handling systems.
