Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first line of support for reporting incidents, data questions, and access issues.
  • Monitor reporting operations to identify failures or service disruptions.
  • Validate scheduled report execution and coordinate recovery activities.
  • Utilize Databricks SQL to investigate data anomalies and validate transformations.
  • Document findings and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support Power BI reports, dashboards, and production issue resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with established control procedures and support audit inquiries.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Experience validating report calculations, filters, and data relationships.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, data warehouses, or related analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Autosys or comparable enterprise scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, financial, or SOX-controlled reporting processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, data, analytics, or production operations in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience writing and interpreting SQL for investigation and validation.
  • Working experience with Databricks or a comparable cloud data and analytics platform.
  • Experience with Power BI or a comparable enterprise business intelligence platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings clearly to business and leadership audiences.
