We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong problem-solving, data analytics, and technical skills to develop scalable analytics, reporting, and automation solutions. This role combines hands-on data analysis with dashboard development, workflow automation, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reporting solutions, and decision-support tools using Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, and related technologies.

• Build, test, and maintain Dataiku workflows, reusable analytics components, and web applications.

• Analyze and integrate large datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or similar tools.

• Develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve efficiency, data quality, and business processes.

• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and user-friendly applications.

• Perform statistical and advanced analytics to identify trends and solve business problems.

• Develop process maps, document business requirements, and maintain technical documentation.

• Create proofs of concept and help transition successful solutions into production-ready applications.

• Deliver demonstrations, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions for end users and team members.

• Support data quality, repeatable processes, data integrity, and effective data governance.

• Present analytical findings and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.

• Hands-on experience with Dataiku, including workflows, reusable analytical solutions, and web applications.

• Experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions with Amazon QuickSight.

• Strong experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.

• Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.

• Experience developing user-friendly analytical applications or interfaces.

• Familiarity with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.

• Financial services or capital markets experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
