Data Analyst - New York, NY - Contract - $37-47 per HR

Description

Join our team as a Data Analyst in a hybrid role based in New York, NY. This contract position involves leading a team to manage day-to-day application delivery and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with data analysis, troubleshooting, and application management, using a range of technologies to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to support business-critical applications and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business users, development, QA, and support teams to drive requirements and resolve issues.
  • Utilize data analysis tools for troubleshooting, reconciliation, and production issue investigation.
  • Manage production support including incidents, defects, data issues, and resolution.
  • Analyze business requests, translate them into clear requirements, and coordinate development and testing.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience in production/application support.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and related data/integration concepts.
  • Experience in release and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
