We have an exciting opportunity for aOrganisational Change Management Consultant to join DXC. This role will lead thedesign and delivery of end-to-end change strategies across complex, technology-enabled transformations, working closely with senior client stakeholders to drivesustainable business outcomes and adoption.

Based inCanberra, you will play a critical role acrossdelivery, pre-sales, and capability uplift, working with a high-performing team supporting clients across the ANZ region.

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Lead and support client engagements todefine and articulate compelling cases for change aligned to strategic outcomes
  • Co-design and facilitateworkshops (including ideation and problem definition) to help clients solve complex business challenges
  • Assess and diagnoseorganisational readiness, digital maturity, and change impacts using structured frameworks and data-driven insights
  • Design and deliverintegrated change strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption approaches
  • Translatetechnology-enabled transformation (e.g. ERP, digital, AI-enabled solutions) into meaningful people, process, and behaviour change
  • Design and delivermodern learning solutions, including instructor-led training, digital learning, and scalable adoption approaches leveraging new tools and technologies
  • Partner with clients tobuild internal change capability, coaching leaders and teams to sustain change and realise benefits
  • Contribute topre-sales and proposal development, bringing practical, outcome-focused change solutions
  • Support the growth of the practice throughmentoring, knowledge sharing, and building capability in emerging areas such as AI-enabled change and learning

Key Skills & Experience

  • NV2 clearance is a requirement of this roleĀ·Ā 

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering organisational change in complex transformation environments (e.g. ERP, digital, or business transformation programs)

    Australian Government Security Clearance

    Ā·Ā  Demonstrated ability todesign and deliver end-to-end OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training

    Ā·Ā  Experience intraining design and delivery, including facilitation, curriculum design, and modern learning approaches

    Ā·Ā  Strong understanding ofdigital transformation and emerging technologies (including AI), and their impact on organisations and ways of working

    Ā·Ā  Experience applyinghuman-centred design and/or agile ways of working in change initiatives

    Ā·Ā  Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability toengage senior stakeholders and translate complexity into clear, actionable outcomes

    Ā·Ā  Strong consulting mindset –structured, outcome-focused, and adaptable, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

    Ā·Ā Experience working within a consulting environment is highly regarded, with exposure to client-facing delivery and/or pre-sales activities a strong advantage

    Ā·Ā  A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus oncontinuous improvement and capability uplift
