As aRegulatory Specialist within ourProfessional Hygiene Regulatory Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting the successful registration and commercialization of Arxada products. You will collaborate across regulatory, R&D, marketing, sales, and external regulatory agencies to deliver timely regulatory solutions that drive business success. Essential Job Functions

  • Prepare, submit, and monitor regulatory applications, supplemental registrations, label updates, and supporting documentation to maintain product compliance.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve registration and compliance matters.
  • Ensure regulatory documentation and customer or third-party agreements comply with applicable requirements and internal standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop proactive solutions to registration and compliance challenges.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and industry developments impacting the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and enhance the stakeholder experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or registrations.
  • Knowledge of FIFRA regulations, EPA pesticide registrations, and North American regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory processes, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies, industry bodies, or compliance organizations is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and registration management systems.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools or willingness to adopt new technology solutions is an advantage.

The expected salary range for this role is 84,000 $- 102,000 $, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
