Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust ERP modules and extensions in D365 Finance & Operations.
• Desing and document system architecture that includes Dynamics 365, Power Platform and other Microsoft business applications.
• Create and enforce structure to ensure documentation and high quality of technical deliverables.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to the solution design from a technical perspective.
• Evaluate and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations together with Power Platform to provide our clients with the best technical solution.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants during analysis and design.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members

Skill and experiences

• 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O solutions
• Strong technical expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commerce.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Familiarity with Azure services and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
• Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Second working language to English such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or relevant technical certifications
