Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions.
- Develop and maintain C# plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and JavaScript components.
- Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and external applications.
- Manage solution deployment, environment configuration, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Configure CRM security roles, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
