ForD365 Role:

Must have Hands-on experience on MS-D365 (CS , FS modules and General admin), SNOW (or any ticketing tool experience)

Must be able to join soon on immediate basis (the sooner is better)

Knowledge of ITSM and experience on any tools like SAP (ERP and CRM) will be added advantage.

Worked on Application support or technical support.

Good communication and Attitude to learn.

Please focus on below points mandatory.

• Exp on Customer services domain
• Exp on Field service domain
• Knowledge on general administration
• Technical knowledge for trouble shooting
• Knowledge on ITSM process
• Able to resolve L1/L2 technical issues
