Job Description
1. Process Design and Development: - Participate in new product process design to ensure the process meets product design requirements. - Develop and optimize process parameters to improve process efficiency and product quality.2. Process Testing and Verification: - Conduct process testing, collect data, and analyze results to ensure process stability. - Assist in process verification to ensure the process meets internal and customer quality standards.3. Process Problem Solving: - Analyze and propose solutions for issues arising in the process. - Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of problems and avoid production delays.4. Process Documentation: - Write and maintain process-related documents, such as process specifications and operation manuals. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents to facilitate subsequent process improvements and training.5. Process Improvement and Innovation: - Continuously monitor the development of process technology and propose process improvement suggestions. - Introduce new technologies or methods to enhance process efficiency and product competitiveness.6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: - Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to participate in process design and improvement discussions. - Provide technical support to ensure smooth process execution.
