Now Hiring Service BDC Representatives!

• Pay:$17-Dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

• Schedule:The hours will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays off.

WhatYou'll Do

• Respondvia email and phone to Internet Leads

• Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions

• Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm

• Ensure a positive customer experience

• Introduce customers to service team

• Enter customer information into CRM

• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.

WhatYou'll Bring

• Automotive Service BDC is required

• Strong focus on providingbest-in-class customer service

• Outstanding follow-up skills

• Ability to maintain excellent phoneetiquette while handling a high volume of calls

• Strong communication skills –both verbal and written

• Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

• Highly organizedwith attention to detail

Total Rewards

The (Hourly) Wage for this position is ($17) dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending onskills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
