Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays

If you enjoy helping customers, this is your opportunity. You will also maximize earning potential by joining a high-performing service team. You will focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

You'll improve the customer experience working with a collaborative team and supportive leadership that values service excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.

You will report to the service manager.

This is an on-site position in Orchard Park, NY.

What You'll Do

• Promote communication between customers and technicians
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What You'll Bring

• Previous Service Advisor experience
• Automotive technician background is a plus
• You will communicate with customers and co-workers
• 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

Estimated Annual Compensation: $50,000 to $90,000(Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)

Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent), 18+
