The job

As a CCTV Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all CCTV systems are properly installed, maintained, and monitored. You will oversee both technical and operational aspects of the system, coordinate with the operations control room, external agencies, and internal teams, and respond to issues in real time. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage large CCTV infrastructures, and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Ensuring all cameras are working properly, clean, connected, and recording data
• Managing the operations control room and maintaining technical equipment
• Installing, securing, and administering VMS applications such as Milestone or AXIS Camera Station
• Monitoring and repairing CCTV applications and performing routine maintenance
• Training operators, preparing manuals, and implementing system modifications when required
• Proactively monitoring performance, reliability, and data security of CCTV services
• Coordinating with the Network and Storage team to ensure stable connections and backups
• Installing client desktops and ensuring CCTV software runs smoothly
• Providing 24/7 emergency response to CCTV failures and processing work requests
• Being on-call for off-hours emergency work

Your qualifications

💭 You are male, fluent in English, and experienced with large CCTV systems (airports, hypermarkets, casinos, or similar).
🎓 You hold an original diploma or certified copy (minimum high school).
💪🏻 You have a background in Electrical or Instrumentation/Control System Engineering and strong knowledge of CCTV systems.
🥇 You have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and VMS applications (Milestone, AXIS Camera Station, Hikvision, or similar).
📄 You hold a valid passport (minimum 1 year 3 months validity at the time of application, for non-Hague Convention nationals legalization may be required).
📌 For candidates already in Serbia: White Card, landlord’s ID, lease agreement, and entry stamp in passport.
💻 You are skilled in working with Windows Server, Linux, storage systems (SAN, NAS, DAS), hardware servers (HP, Dell, EMC, Blade), TCP/IP, and LAN administration.
🔑 You are reliable, motivated, and resourceful, with the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
