We help companies modernize technology, reimagine processes and transform experiences, so they stay ahead in a fast-changing world. We are looking for a Junior content moderator to support our team. The primary purpose is to review user flagging reports regarding website content. It is a very detailed-orientated role, with significant stress resistance and concentration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review user flagging reports regarding website content.
• Understand and remain up-to-date with the client's policies and guidelines.
• Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action timely.
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside established policies.
• Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community.
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects.

Required qualifications

• Fluency inFrench andEnglish
• No previous experience required; Maximum until 12 months of experience within the content moderation
• Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others)
• Ability to work on a shift basis, 24/7 availability
