Lead Business Analyst - Financial Services

We are seeking aLead Business Analyst to drive business analysis and product ownership activities for Financial Services, with a Wealth Management lens. You will work closely with the proxy product owner to define capabilities, write epics and stories, and ensure feedback flows into an actionable, prioritized backlog.

Responsibilities

• Align with the onsite proxy product owner on product vision and product roadmap
• Identify and define product capabilities, features, and functions
• Define epics and stories and document success criteria
• Refine stories by clarifying business logic and business results
• Own product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories
• Attend sprint review demos and provide timely feedback
• Log feedback and ensure it is incorporated and prioritized in the backlog
• Contribute to incident triaging
• Provide answers to business questions and clarifications as the key contact

Requirements

• Significant experience (10-15 years overall), including 8+ years delivering business analysis and requirements management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable field; master's degree in computer science is a plus
• Relevant product management background
• Proven experience in financial services, preferably focused on wealth management
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide business and end client perspective
• Strong communication and presentation skills
