Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Cybersecurity Professionals for multiple positions across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Operational Technology (OT) Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions. Candidates should be capable of protecting enterprise IT and OT infrastructure, managing security risks, implementing access controls, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions across the relevant security domain.

- Identify security vulnerabilities, assess potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Conduct security assessments, compliance audits, access reviews, and control evaluations.

- Support incident response, threat detection, security monitoring, and remediation activities.

- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with IT, cloud, infrastructure, OT, risk management, and compliance teams.

- Ensure alignment with applicable cybersecurity frameworks, industry standards, and organizational security requirements.

Required Cybersecurity Skill Sets

1. Identity and Access Management (IAM)

- Hands-on experience with IAM, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Saviynt.

- Knowledge of access governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), identity lifecycle management, and Zero Trust security principles.

- Experience implementing and managing enterprise identity and access security solutions.

2. Cloud Security

- Experience securing cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Knowledge of cloud security architecture, Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), encryption, vulnerability management, and cloud-native security controls.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, or AWS Security Hub.

- Ability to identify cloud security risks and implement appropriate security controls and remediation measures.

3. Operational Technology (OT) Security

- Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

- Knowledge of OT network segmentation, industrial threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.

- Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and the Purdue Model.

- Experience with OT security platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi Networks, or Dragos.

- Understanding of industrial environments and the security requirements of critical infrastructure.

4. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

- Experience conducting cybersecurity risk assessments, security audits, compliance reviews, and control assessments.

- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF), SOC 2, and CIS Controls.

- Experience with third-party risk management, security policies, risk registers, and compliance reporting.

- Familiarity with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or OneTrust.

- Ability to evaluate security controls, identify compliance gaps, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- 5–12+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on the position and specialization.

- Hands-on experience in at least one of the specified cybersecurity domains: IAM, Cloud Security, OT Security, or GRC.

- Experience working on enterprise cybersecurity projects and implementing security solutions in production environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications

- CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional

- CISM – Certified Information Security Manager

- CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor

- CompTIA Security+

- CCSP – Certified Cloud Security Professional

- Relevant domain-specific certifications in IAM, cloud security, OT security, or GRC.
