CyberArk / PAM Lead - Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead L2/L3 operations & incident handling for PAM systems
• Primary SME and escalation point for PAM domain
• Track KPIs, SLA, and risk posture for PAM services
• Ensure Platform availability, health checks, and hardening
• Version upgrades, patches, and maintenance
• Manage new component installation, configuration, and integration
• Define and enforce privileged access policies (least privilege, vaulting, session control)
• User onboarding/offboarding to privileged accounts
• Handling access issues, outages, and troubleshooting, Performance tuning and system stability
• Drive onboarding of Servers, applications, databases, and platforms into PAM
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in PAM operations
• Security Monitoring & Risk Management - PAM logs, session recordings, privileged activity monitoring
• Audit evidence, reports, and compliance tracking
• Ensure adherence to Regulatory and enterprise security requirements
• Coordinate with Infra, AD, Network, Wintel, Unix, App teams
• Manage Delivery planning, roadmap, and transformation initiatives
• Lead PAM/Bastion team handling privileged access
• Task allocation, mentoring, skill development
• Resource planning and capacity management
• Adherence to Processes, SLAs, and governance models
