About The Job:
- Ensure the effective management of identity and privileged access operations using CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Oversee large-scale operational activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead teams to deliver reliable and secure identity management services.
- Support client satisfaction and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Work with IAM tools such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understand identity data flows and API-based integrations.
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and programming languages.
- Develop and support integrations between IAM platforms, directory services, data lakes, and security analytics platforms.
- Apply IAM concepts including user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and identity event data.
- Work with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, or similar identity platforms.
- Extract, transform, filter, and prepare identity and security-related data for analytics and monitoring.
- Integrate IAM and directory service data into SIEM platforms or security analytics solutions.
- Oversee CyberArk PAM (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM) operations by implementing advanced monitoring, incident response, and maintenance strategies.
- Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance.
- Lead identity management operations by defining and optimizing workflows.
- Automate account provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Enforce privileged access policies using CyberArk tools.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process automation.
- Integrate new CyberArk features and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Manage client relationships by understanding complex requirements and providing expert-level solutions.
- Ensure operational teams consistently meet or exceed SLAs and compliance standards.
- Mentor and support teams by sharing CyberArk PAM expertise.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting activities.
- Deliver targeted technical training to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging CyberArk features and IAM industry trends.
- Propose operational enhancements and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
- Exp โ 9 to 12 yrs
- Excellent ability to manage identity management operations, including privileged account lifecycle, policy enforcement, and automation.
- Strong expertise in monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting within CyberArk environments.
- Advanced proficiency in process optimization, workflow automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring teams and managing client expectations.
- Solid understanding of security compliance frameworks relevant to IAM and PAM.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of identity data flows and API-based integrations.
- Ability to develop automation solutions using scripting and programming languages.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations between IAM platforms, directory services, data lakes, and security analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and identity event data.
- Experience working with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, or similar identity platforms.
- Ability to extract, transform, filter, and prepare identity and security-related data for analytics and monitoring.
- Experience integrating IAM and directory services into SIEM platforms or security analytics solutions.
