Description
Join our team as a CyberArk Engineer in Columbus, OH.
This contract position involves working closely with IT teams to support identity and access management processes.
You'll be responsible for resolving issues, facilitating audits, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
The role requires expertise in generic identity management technologies and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT and business units to support IAM operations.
Resolve identity and access management issues promptly.
Track and monitor projects to ensure they meet business needs and service levels.
Facilitate audits related to IAM Security Services.
Maintain updated documentation for security services and procedures.
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in supporting identity management technologies.
Knowledge of directory services, scripting languages, and account management.
Strong analytical skills, including process analysis and problem-solving.
Familiarity with generic session management and credential management technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
