Global Defense Engineering is responsible for fielding solutions that help defend HClient against a wide range of threats to the business as well as its customers, clients, partners, and staff. The team works in concert, with partner teams across HClient, to implement Client defensive capabilities that are effective and adaptable against a constantly evolving threat landscape. The function operates under the vision: "Enabling HClient to be safely successful everywhere the Firm chooses to do business.” The principal responsibility of the Project Support Co-ordinator job category is to manage and execute analysis activity for one or more projects, programmes or value streams. The role holder may be located in a variety of areas of HClient, they may be located in projects as well as in established BAU teams. It is possible that the Project Support Co-ordinator will work on multiple projects, programmes or value streams simultaneously. • Gathering, translating and clarifying project requirements • Assisting with the translation of project requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements • Capturing, analysing and documenting project process (including IT processes) • Supporting delivery subject matter experts with defining solution options that can be evaluated in order to recommend the best solution option that meets the need and brings the most value to stakeholders • Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning, tracking progress to stakeholder engagement • Provides the Product Owner with administrative support whilst evolving Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog • Assisting in the implementation of solutions including implementation readiness and piloting activities • Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication • Requirements life-cycle management from inception to retirement, including continuous improvement and re-use • Provides expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience • Understands risk exposure to the bank and helps senior colleagues manage it • Support procurement activities, daily tracking with task owner/vendor on updates • Coordinate with ITSO for controls • Provides expertise in agile tools like Jira, EaszBI, Confluence are a must
