Functional Requirements

• The proposed contract term shall be 2 months, covering maintenance support,

surveillance support, and recertification / renewal support.

• Bidders should clearly state the support model, cadence of periodic reviews, renewal

support coverage, assumptions, and exclusions.

• BCMS maintenance and effectiveness review.

• Business continuity governance refresh and policy update support.

• BIA and continuity risk review/refresh.

• Recovery strategies and continuity plan review/update.

• Crisis management and exercise/testing support.

• Internal audit, management review, surveillance, and recertification readiness support.

2. ISO/IEC 27701 Specific Expectations

• PIMS maintenance and effectiveness review.

• Privacy governance and documented information refresh.
