Senior Python AI Solution Engineer

We are seeking aSenior Python AI Solution Engineer to design and deploy intelligent, agentic AI systems that automate complex business workflows, bridging the gap between operational challenges and scalable AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications (not just querying APIs or experimenting in notebooks)
• Strong experience with Python, LangChain, Cloud Technologies and LLM-based application development
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Outstanding ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate complex business logic into automated workflows
• Ability to support agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows
