Product Manager- Financial Services

We're seeking aProduct Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for our comprehensive settlement platform. This person will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and engineering teams to build and scale the systems supporting partner settlement, payout, and core finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the comprehensive settlement and payout platform
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to convert intricate financial and regulatory needs into scalable product solutions
• Lead full-cycle product execution alongside engineering teams, spanning requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and refinement
• Develop reliable, auditable, and flexible settlement systems capable of supporting varied business models, fee structures, promotions, and market growth
• Establish and track performance indicators like settlement accuracy, reconciliation latency, dispute rate, and payout timeliness, while continuously enhancing platform performance
• Enhance trust and clarity in settlement calculations through the development of tools, reporting, and diagnostics for internal teams and external partners
• Balance trade-offs among speed, accuracy, compliance, and operational overhead, all while upholding high standards of financial integrity
• Guide prioritization efforts and convey roadmap decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Travel to Korea as needed

Requirements

• 10-14 years of experience with a demonstrated history of launching and scaling complex systems and building products
• Background in finance, accounting, fintech, payments, or marketplace/retail platforms is preferred
• Experience with financial systems, settlement, payout, reconciliation, or related areas
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with comfort handling data and metrics
• Proven capability to collaborate across engineering, finance, and business teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with stakeholder management abilities
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity, establish clarity, and achieve results in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable experience
• Fluency in business English; Korean language proficiency is a plus

Nice to have

• MBA, Engineering degree, or other relevant advanced degree
• Background in e-commerce, marketplace, or two-sided platform businesses
• Understanding of accounting, tax, treasury, or compliance processes within a multinational context
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and platform-focused product development
