- Subscription Management Functional Consultant.
Senior OSS Consultant responsible for designing, integrating, configuring, and leading OSS capabilities that support the end-to-end Install Base and Subscription lifecycle.
Owns delivery of OSS solutions from requirements through cutover and stabilization, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and production readiness.
Works closely with offshore teams and cross-functional internal/customer stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions aligned to business and operational requirements, while ensuring compliance with project security, privacy, and change management standards.
Key Responsibilities·
Lead end-to-end OSS solution design and delivery supporting Install Base and Subscription lifecycle processes.·
Own functional design by translating business/operational needs into functional specifications and help technical team with design artifacts (e.g. interface specs, data mapping).·
Coordinate and lead SIT/UAT planning and execution, including test preparation, defect triage, and sign-off readiness.·
Drive cutover planning and execution, including cutover runbooks, deployment tasks, validation steps, and rollback planning.·
Partner with offshore delivery teams and cross-track internal/customer teams to ensure end-to-end solutions and processes function correctly across integrated systems.·
Define and execute conversion strategies (data conversion/migration approach, reconciliation, validation) and lead post-conversion stabilization, including defect fixes and remediation.·
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and change management requirements throughout design, build, test, and deployment phases.
Onsite (location)/Remote?: Hybrid. Depending on the phase of the project, we might be asked to be onsite.
