Python Full Stack Engineer with Front-end and strong Back-end development experience for the same GenAI initiative. This position involves building and enhancing end-to-end applications using Python-based back-end services and modern front-end frameworks. The engineer will work across application development, debugging, integration, testing support, and deployment to meet business needs. The role will also collaborate closely with product teams, data engineers, QA, and GenAI stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-enabled applications. Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using Python and at least one framework such as FastAPI
• Design, develop, and refine responsive front-end applications using Next JS or REACT JS
• Build end-to-end features by integrating UI components with back-end APIs and enterprise data services. This is aligned with the existing Full Stack / Back End role, which combines Python back-end development with front-end experience.
• Collaborate with scrum master, product teams, QA teams, and data engineers to ensure application features align with business goals and user needs.
• Develop and maintain APIs for data access and integration with other internal or external systems.
• Support GenAI-powered workflows by integrating LLM-driven features into application components where required by the project. The related Gen AI Engineer role explicitly references LLM applications and prompt-engineering-based accuracy improvements.
• Work with structured and unstructured data inputs, including documents, transcripts, and system data, in support of GenAI application workflows. The project use-case details mention transcript/document ingestion and AI-powered generation/analysis capabilities.

Ensure code quality, follow client coding standards, and support test-driven and agile development practices.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in both Python back-end and modern front-end frameworks. This aligns with the existing Back End Engineer JD, which explicitly asks for a Python Full Stack developer with front-end experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Strong experience in front-end technologies such as Next.js or React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
