Job Overview
We are looking for a skilledReact Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern React, front-end architecture, and UI engineering best practices. This role involves close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams to deliver reliable, user-centric applications in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications usingReact.js
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries to ensure scalability and consistency
  • Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, maintainable code
  • Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Integrate front-end applications with backend services using RESTful APIs
  • Participate in feature development, testing, and defect resolution
  • Lead front-end architectural decisions and contribute to technical design discussions
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold engineering standards
  • Ensure best practices in component design, state management, and performance optimization
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure UI quality and reliability
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
Required Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience in front-end or UI development
  • Strong hands-on experience withReact.js
  • Proficiency inJavaScript (ES6+),HTML5, andCSS3
  • Experience with modern React concepts such asHooks, Context API, and functional components
  • Hands-on experience with state management libraries such asRedux
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful backend services
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience withTypeScript
  • Familiarity withNext.js or other React frameworks
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools
  • Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-grade applications
  • Exposure toAI-enabled development tools is a plus
  • Android Native knowledge is a plus
