Location: Herbs, Runcton
Pay:£12.90 per hour — paid weekly
Hours: Full‑time,40 hours per week
Rota:4 on / 3 off

We’re looking for reliable and motivated people to join our Packhouse team atHerbs Runcton. You’ll be working on our production lines grading, weighing, and packing fresh herbs that go out to major retailers across the UK.

🌱What you’ll be doing

• Packing, weighing and grading fresh herbs
• Making sure products meet high quality standards
• Using packing equipment and scales correctly
• Keeping your workstation clean and tidy
• Following all Health & Safety and Food Safety rules
• Meeting daily production targets with your team
• Reporting any issues to the Line Leader or Shift Manager

💼What we’re looking for

• Good communication skills
• Motivated, positive, team‑focused attitude
• Previous food factory experience —a bonus, but not essential
• Awareness of Health & Safety —essential
