Assist in preparing, organizing, and archiving FAB (Subscription Application Form) and other supporting customer documents to ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
Monitor and track the progress of new customer telesales processes, including updating and maintaining status records regularly.
Support the monitoring and tracking of customer collection status to help ensure customer records remain accurate and up to date.
Maintain and update customer data in internal tracking files and systems to support the team's daily operations.
Provide administrative support to the SMB Customer Value Management (CVM) team, ensuring documents and data are managed accurately and in a timely manner.

Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage customer data and documents accurately.
Have good communication skills and be able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to work at Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
