Customer Support Representative (French)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global customer experience company supporting a leading French betting operator that is seeking to onboard two French-speaking Advisors to join their team in Lisbon. The role is Level 1 customer support across voice, chat and email, helping bettors with their accounts, winnings and login queries.

Position: Customer Support Representative 

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: 100% On-site

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support via inbound calls, chats and emails to Level 1 contacts

• Explain winnings to bettors

• Manage user accounts and assist with login issues

• Identify and escalate issues appropriately

• Write clear, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or C2 level French

• High school diploma

• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving

• EU citizenship

• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon

• Available for on-site work in Santos, Lisbon, on rotational shifts
